The Food Chain is a syndicated radio show and podcast that travels up and down the food chain for two hours of What’s-Eating-what?
The Food Chain, awarded Ag/News Show of the Year by California’s legislature, is hosted by Michael Olson, author of the Ben Franklin Book of the Year award-winning MetroFarm, a 576-page guide to metropolitan agriculture.
The first hour of the Food Chain is dedicated to subjects of national interest and may be prerecorded; the second hour is dedicated to stories with local interest and will most often be broadcast live with audience participation. The host takes calls during the second hour.
